Hope Restored: Bulgaria (2011)
Just wanted to share with all of you how you are changing the world and saving the lives and innocence of thousands of children here in Bulgaria.  Your support, prayers, and encouragement has allowed our vision of providing educational seminars on child sexual abuse and child exploitation, prevention, protection, and healing, and training for both adults and children.  We have covered hundreds of miles over the Bulgarian countryside and have finished many seminars in Sofia and Vidin in just a matter of days.  We have been hosted in churches and schools and people are starving for our message.  We have brought hope and healing to hundreds who now have a voice and tools to protect their children.  

There are many who have broken their silence of childhood abuse, some up in age as old as 90 and now walks in freedom and peace in Jesus Christ.  No longer haunted by the secret.  Another man about 60 also said that we came just in time for him to be delivered.  He was rejoicing after the healing service.  So many came up to us and asked for prayer and there were 77 decisions counted and the seeds were planted for future harvest.

I want to especially thank Angie Williams (www.voicetoday.org) and her son Jacob for partnering here to send out this message and sharing her testimony.  Also her book, "Sorrows to Sapphires" has been translated into Bulgarian and will bless so many here to break their silence and be healed.

Ladies Conference 2008   
We were very blessed to have Jena Sandlin, Wilma Byrd, Sherry Menard, Dr Nadia Dimitrova, and Christina Slavov as our speakers at this year's Ladies Conference. Our theme "God Uses Broken People" flowed through all the inspiring and challenging messages. A touching drama by our ladies presented women in the Bible who were broken, but God chose them to use as examples for us today. Many of the attendees were changed as they laid their past failures and brokenness at the foot of the cross. It was a precious sight to see rejoicing replacing depression, singing replacing hopelessness, and faith as they surrendered to the will of God. All of these ladies left this conference renewed and all of them knew Jesus as their Lord. The challenge went forth for every lady attending to win at least one person to the Lord before next conference and bring that person with them. Hallelujah, we're looking forward to a great year in the Lord as we go into the marketplace and win souls.

Mens Conference 2008
What joy to see men worship and praise our God! The theme, "Will the Real Christian Men, please stand up". Many who came weak, left standing strong and a commitment to witness for Jesus in their daily lives. Special thanks to Pastor Keith Sandlin, Pastor Richie Franklin, Evangelist Willard Palmer, and Pastor Slavi Slavov for speaking into the lives of these men. Bulgaria needs more men to be committed to the Last Day Harvest and be an example of love and forgiveness. The Spirit of God moved throughout this conference and many men were saved and delivered. All of them left the conference knowing Jesus was their Savior - Slava Ne Boga! (Praise the Lord). We trust and believe that God will raise up men who will stand up and be bold to proclaim the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ.

Ladies Conference 2007   
What an inspiring and awesome conference we experienced as the Lighthouse World Outreach Center in Monroe, GA hosted this event. Pastor Cindy Hardy and her ladies really went all out with preparations, decorations, and gifts for all the ladies who attended. We had a "full house" and everyone commented how wonderful to be together and feel the move of God's presence.

The theme was "The Princess Within" and a skit was given portraying the story of Cinderella - very touching as the spiritual lesson was unfolded in this drama.

There was a separate class for the younger ladies and Gina York spoke with love and compassion to this group and challenged them to know who they are in Christ.

The two-day event was filled with testimonies of lives changed and greater commitment to the Kingdom of God. Do you know how valuable and precious you are to the Kingdom of God? Do you know who you are in Christ? "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" - Yes we can.

Mens Conference 2007
The summer is in full swing and God is bringing in the harvest through anointed men and women of God who are serving Him faithfully. Missionary/Evangelist Harley Fiddler began the week-long seminar June 17-23 at the Dobrich Home Church focusing on "The Anointing Makes The Difference" and the people were truly blessed. He had with him Missionaries Tony and Marge Abram who captured our hearts too with their many experiences on the mission field. This group of three ministered all day every day and their anointing made a difference in the lives of many people. One lady who had a kidney stone was praying for healing and through the night she passed the stone without medication or a Doctor. Praise the Lord, and many more healings were shared during this time.

Then we moved to the Obroichesta Ministry Center Complex for the two-day Men's Conference June 22-23 and again Missionaries Harley Fiddler and Tony Abram were used mightily the first day to share the Word of God and bring "Fresh Fire" to these men. There were five churches represented in this first men's confernence and the attendance was great. Pastor David Inman, from "Place of Blessing" in S GA, really blessed the men with his testimony and an on-time Word on the faithfulness of God. He bonded with the men as he preached with fervor and power of the Holy Spirit. Rev. Miro Dimitrov, from AEA in Sofia was the Interpreter and Milko Tzonov, also from AEA blessed us so much with his worship in song. Both of these men also shared their testimonies and encouraged their fellow Bulgarian brothers and lives were changed. Our Men's Praise Team with Subcho, Milen, and Mitco were used by God also to share His Love. There was a closing session of prayer and laying on of hands for all the men called into ministry. All the men left with a new determination to be obedient to the Word of God and allow God to use them to win this country for God.

August Update 2007
The month of August was full of evangelism and celebrations with the Body of Christ here in Bulgaria. Pastor Quillen Thurman and Gordon Anderson from Chattanooga, TN were here for revival and outreach services. Also there were two days of prayer for the sick at the church and many people were healed. Brother Thurman was our speaker for the annual Church Day/Seniors Day which was a big day of singing, preaching, and it was just like campmeeting. People were saved and healed – Praise God!



Pastor Jerry Nelson from NC came to minister and God had given him a word to preach on “sanctification” and it was received with great joy and conviction among the people. Many were saved and turned from their sinful thoughts as they prayed night after night to be renewed in their mind. One man was depressed,
and Dr said he could never work, but Jesus healed him inside and outside and gave him joy, great joy. The next night he came back with several people and one couple said before church, "we came to be saved". Hallelujah! God is doing a mighty cleansing in the Body of Christ now, and we are in the midst of it here.

There was a Word given that God was sending many new souls this summer and that they would stay in the church, and it happened. Pastor Maria has started New Convert Classes to continue the growth of the new believers. We all know discipleship is hard work, but it is the only way to see the fruit of evangelism.
