In an underground church service in 1989, Maria Mindeva, who was raised in a communist home, was gloriously saved. She was a high school teacher of Bulgarian and Russian history, and God had His plan for her life, as they needed a Director for the Bible College. After much prayer and discipling Maria, Cornett Ministries invited her to come to the USA to study in a Bible College. Completing four years of study, Maria received her degree.

The Bible College has now finished 12 years with 4 graduate classes. God is enlarging the borders! They are training Pastors, Teachers, Evangelists, Praise and Worship Leaders, Missionaries, and Church Administrators. English and Turkish Languages are now being taught also to widen the areas of evangelism in the area. A strong tape ministry of training is shared with other areas of Bulgaria and to the prisons. They are committed also to evangelizing the Muslims (over 1 million) in Bulgaria with the Gospel, and also supporting a newspaper targeted for the Turkish population.

Library
We are now equipping the church with a library for all Christians in the area. Here they will have access to books, tapes and DVD's -- all of which are tools that inspire, encourage and bring growth to the Body of Christ.
